Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, items must be new, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of deodorant and makeup causing markings on the item. All items not meeting these standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
As long as the item(s) you are returning are not final sale, you can request a return label to ship your item(s) back within 14 days of delivery either for a refund to your original form of payment or a site credit.
We do not accept returns on final sale or last chance items.
If you receive a damaged item please contact contact@poshing4paws.com within 48 hours of delivery. All return requests relating to a damaged item received that are not communicated within the 48 hours of delivery window will not be approved and a refund will not be issued. Any damaged items received back to our warehouse without previous knowledge will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.
Once we have received and accepted your return it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please contact your bank with additional questions.
To ship an item back to Poshing 4 Paws please:
- Pack your item(s) and attach the return mailing label the package.
- Mail your package using one of the following methods:
- Drop your package at a USPS/UPS/FedEx location (determined by your return label).
- Schedule a package pickup via the carrier service website.
